Pier B On Dock Rail Support Facility Program

Our largest and most robust project yet. The $1.8B Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility will support the San Pedro Bay Ports terminals enabling faster ship-to-rail transit times, support longer trains, and support the growing on-dock rail demand.

PDP, as a sub consultant to HDR, serves as the Civil Lead and delivers management and civil engineering services from conceptual design through construction which is scheduled to be completed by 2032. Our team has taken a leadership role in project planning, delivery, and construction support across ten (10) separate design-bid-build projects with a combined $840M construction value.
