Project Description: The Port of Los Angeles initiated a capital improvement project to reconfigure the Navy Way and Seaside Avenue intersection to eliminate left-turn movements crossing vehicular traffic. This project involves widening existing freeway bridges, constructing highway fly-over ramps, and major signal and lighting upgrades. PDP provided design and permitting support as a sub-consultant to Mark Thomas.
