Our First Project Brings Mainline Access Enhancement to Pier J
Double tracking the mains adjacent to the Pier G terminal improves access to Pier J while adding capacity within Pier G (ITS)

Project Description: The Port of Long Beach initiated a large capital improvement program to expand rail throughput capacity and efficiency throughout the Port. This project entails expanding mainline access through the Port to Pier J with supplemental track improvements within Pier G (ITS). Project features include trackwork, grading, paving, storm drainage, sewer and water modifications, oil line protection and coordination, striping, fencing, special trackwork, phasing, and permitting. PDP provided management and design support as a sub-consultant to AECOM.
